At this initial meeting we will discover the vision for your project, discuss building plans, and location.

Time to expect:  1 - 2 weeks

You will decide and finalize the interior and exterior finishes and fixtures in order to make the most accurate budget.

Time to expect:  1 - 15 days

Your plans will be sent to an array of our trusted supply and trade partners to bid the specifics of your project in order to provide you with a final budget.

Time to expect:  15 - 90 days

You will take the budget provided in Step 3. to your lending institution, and secure your construction loan.  Once a closing date is set we are able to begin scheduling your project.

Time to expect:  7 - 11 months

Our extensive construction experience is leveraged throughout your home build to prioritize quality, schedule, and budget.
